Do you sell prescription sunglasses?
Unfortunately, we do not yet sell prescription sunglasses. This is one of our upcoming projects - just imagine the winning combination of better vision and up to date fashion - and we can’t wait to get it up and running and bringing it to you guys!
What is the difference between plastic and acetate?
While acetate is a kind of plastic, it is more durable than the standard material. Acetate actually comes from natural cotton fibers, or from tree pulp, and it gives the frames a more natural feel. On the other hand, less expensive plastics use materials such as PVC which must be spray painted to achieve patterns or shine. So it’s really up to you, it’s a matter of what you prefer!
Can you help me choose a style?
Yes! Call, email, or chat with one of our customer service attendants and we will be happy to assist you. We understand that you can fall in love with a product online but be unsure when it is delivered to your door. That’s why you have 30 days to try them on and show them to your friends and family. Take them for a spin and see if they suit your style. If you don’t like them, you can return them, no questions asked, the only condition being that the security tag is still attached.
How do I choose the right size frame for my face?
We include the size measurements on the product details page for each frame. However, an easier and foolproof way to know the perfect size for your face is to take an old pair of sunglasses that fit you well, and check the inside temple or the back of the bridge. The measurements should be written there and, if you liked how that pair fit you, then you can use it to determine the size of your next pair. The measurement is generally written in this format: 50-15-135. The first measurement is the eye size, the actual width of the lenses, the second is the bridge size, the distance between the lenses, and the third is the temple size, the length between the two sides of your face. Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! It’s ok to change your mind, we get it. That’s why we accept cancellations on standard deliveries, so long as you call us within two hours of placing your order. You’ll get a 100% reimbursement and will be able to keep browsing until you find something to your liking.

We offer a full refund on products returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the security tag is still attached. If the security tag has been removed, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to reimburse your purchase. In the case of contact lenses, SeeChic will accept returns if any changes are made to the customer’s prescription and/or if the box has not been opened.
When does the “30 day return period” officially start from?
The 30-day period starts from the day you receive your order, not the date of purchase, so you should have plenty of time to see if your order was perfect for you or not. And if not, send it back and we’ll be happy to reimburse you!
Who pays the return shipping fee?
SeeChic will cover all shipping fees if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange it. Customers may make returns via scheduled carrier pick ups or at Singpost POPstations after contacting customer service to obtain an RMA number and the appropriate instructions.
How do I get my refund?
SeeChic will pay the return fee for sending your order back to us and then we will credit you directly on your account (the refund will take about 2 to 3 business days). It’s truly a hassle free process!
How does it work for exchange?
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, SeeChic is happy to cover the cost of sending your new choice straight to your door. However, this option is only applicable in Singapore.
